Most of our quotes can be done from online map measurements. We quote house/builfing washing, roof cleaning, and flat-surface cleaning based on surface type, square footage, and height. Window cleaning is done by the count, and gutters are done by linear feet and height.
Do you have a minimum service charge?
Our minimum service charge for residential is $350.00. For commercial pressure washing, it is $550.00.
Do you have any extra fees beyond the cost of the work?
We serve all of Blount County and most of Knox County without a travel fee. Some areas on the outskirts of Knox and beyond are charged a small travel fee per mile. Other charges are for water transportation, if needed, and large equipment rentals. The vast majority of our quotes do not have any extra fees.
How long are quotes valid?
Our quotes are valid for 30 days.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. We understand that people have busy lives. As long as we have access to the areas and the pets are put up, there’s no problem. We will send before-and-after photos and can accept payments securely online.
Are you licensed and insured?
